Shipping policy

Our turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. Our turnaround time accounts for our processing time which is the amount of time it takes us to create your order. This does not account for shipping time. 

Shipping times vary and are dependent on the carrier. For the most up-to-date and accurate shipping times please contact your local USPS office. 

We offer a variety of fulfillment methods including shipping and local pick up. You can select either option at check out. 

Please review the following information about our local pick-up options:

PLEASE only select local-pick up if you are a local customers and intend to pick up your package yourself. We do not offer delivery options. If you are not a local customer or select pick up and do not pick up your package you will be invoiced for the price of shipping. The invoice MUST be paid prior to us sending our your package. 

We have three locations for local pick up, and they each have different hours of operations. 

Location One: Parsons Recreation Commission located at 200 Heacock Ave. Hours: Mon-Thurs 9AM to 8PM, Fri 9AM to 3PM, and Sat 10AM to 4PM.

Location Two: Altamont porch pickup located at 200 Elm St. You may pick up your package at anytime for this location.

Location Three: Nutritionville Coffeyville, KS located at 811 W 11th St Suite B. Hours: Mon-Fri 7AM to 4PM, Sat- Sun 8AM to 2PM.
